360 Grad (English: 360 degrees) was founded 2002 in Cologne-Pulheim. Since then the company has organized a variety of different events.

Our customers from different branches are thrilled by 360 Grad events, so that we have developed long term friendships and a large clientele base.

360 Grad is divided into two main competence parts. First Training and seminars and second the event and incentive part. Furthermore the company supports social education within the framework of school trips in cooperation with its Sister branch ‘Outdoor Education Team’.

360 Grad has also opened a new branch in Freudenberg/South Westphalia in 2006.

As specialists in our field we plan and accompany corporate functions / B2B, incentive travels, team trainings, conferences and congresses (incl. conference concept and moderation), marketing specials and client loyalty events.

Since 2005 360 Grad is member of the “Association of quality for occupational trainings”, region Cologne (CCI). 360 Grad lives its philosophy of progress and further development and transfers it to our clients. With this philosophy in mind, 360 Grad has formed a substantial branch for events with the possibility to fulfill the wishes and needs for our clients.
